Four Deans Community Outreach Foundation (“the Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency in our relationships with our donors. This Donor Privacy & Disclosure Statement outlines how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of our contributors and provides necessary legal disclosures regarding your charitable support.

We respect the privacy of every donor. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share our donor lists or any personal information provided by our donors with any third parties for their own marketing purposes, nor do we send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations.

When you make a donation through fourdeansfoundation.org or via offline methods, we may collect personal information including, but not limited to:

• Name and contact information (address, phone number, and email).
• Donation amount and frequency.
• Payment information (processed securely through encrypted third-party payment gateways).
• Any specific program designation or honorarium information provided by the donor.

The Foundation uses donor information for the following professional purposes:

• Processing donations and issuing tax-compliant receipts.
• Acknowledging donors for their contributions.
• Providing updates on the impact of our programs, including housing support, youth LEAD initiatives, workforce development, and financial literacy workshops.

All online donations are processed through secure, industry-standard encryption protocols. The Foundation does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive financial authentication data on our internal servers.

Four Deans Community Outreach Foundation is recognized as a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our Employer Identification Number (EIN) is 33-4165730. Tax Deductibility: Donations to Four Deans Community Outreach Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the specific tax implications of your contribution.

Acknowledgment Receipt: Donors will receive a written acknowledgment/receipt for tax purposes reflecting the date and amount of the contribution and, when applicable, a statement regarding whether any goods or services were provided in exchange for the donation.

New York State Disclosure: Upon request, a copy of the latest annual report can be obtained from the Foundation or from the Office of the Attorney General, Charities Bureau, 28 Liberty Street, New York, NY 10005.

We value your trust and are committed to handling donor information with care, respect, and transparency.

What We Collect: Depending on how you give, we may collect your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, donation amount and date, giving frequency, payment-related information (processed securely by third-party payment processors), and any notes you choose to provide (such as program designations, tribute/honor/memorial details, or employer matching information).

How We Use It: We use donor information to process donations, provide receipts and acknowledgments, maintain required internal records, communicate about the impact of your generosity and opportunities to support our mission, and comply with applicable legal and reporting obligations.

We Never Sell or Trade Donor Information: The Foundation does not sell, rent, trade, or exchange donor personal information or donor lists with any other organization, nor do we share donor information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share limited information with service providers who assist with donation processing, receipting, mailing, or analytics solely for Foundation business purposes and subject to confidentiality and data-protection expectations.

Anonymous Giving Option: Donors may choose to remain anonymous in public donor recognition materials. If you wish to make an anonymous gift or restrict how your name is displayed, please include your preference with your donation or contact us using the information below.

Donors also have the right to:

• Be informed of the Foundation’s mission and the way the Foundation intends to use donated resources.
• Request that their names be deleted from any mailing lists.
• Request to remain anonymous in any public donor recognition materials.
• Review personal information the Foundation has on file and request corrections.
